J. Bruce Rasco, a CPA, founded the practice in 1976. Bruce spent 35 years building the practice before handing the reins over to his son Jeff in 2010. Bruce was a graduate of Azle High School & TX Wesleyan University, as well as a US Army Veteran.

Bruce served the community of Burleson for many years, including being a City Councilman. He loved to fish, hunt, golf, travel and making memories with his wife Donna, and his family.
